These terms cover Sendoff, run by Breakpoint Labs LLC. Using Sendoff means you agree to them.

What Sendoff does

Organizers make a card for someone, share contributor links from their own phone, and send the finished card to the recipient. Contributors write through a link with no account.

Your part

• Organizers must be 18 or older.
• Only share links with people you mean to invite. Anyone holding a link can use it until you turn it off or finish the card.
• Follow the content policy. You are responsible for what you write and upload.
• Organizers are responsible for what ends up on their card and can remove any message or block any link.

AI drafts

The opener and prompts are drafts written by an AI model. Read them before you use them; you can edit or throw out any of it.

Payments

Making a card and contributing are free. The keepsake video with no watermark is a one-time purchase per card. In this preview, purchases are switched on without a charge. Once paid purchases are live, a refund is one email away within 7 days of buying.

Ending things

You can delete a card or your account at any time from the app. We may turn off a card or account that breaks these terms or the content policy.

Liability

Sendoff is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Breakpoint Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
